This petition is filed by the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking to quash the C.C.No.54 of 2009 on the file of the court of Munsif Magistrate, Mummidivaram, East Godavari District. The offences alleged are under Sections 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.
Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent as well as the counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the 1st respondent and the 1st petitioner are living together. The counsel also shows a message, which was received by him on his Mobile from the 1st petitioner stating that he and his wife i.e., the 1st respondent are residing together and that there is no need to press for the quash petition.

The counsel for the 2nd respondent also does not deny the said fact.

Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 01.07.2011 in CRLPMP No.4328 of 2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
