Learned counsel for petitioner states that proceedings were issued on 24-09-2016 appointing the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker in Anganwadi Centre-4, Peddapasupala Village, Peddamudiyam Mandal, Kadapa District.

Learned counsel for petitioner further states that since the grievance of petitioner is redressed, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
