ORDER:- Heard.

2. Petitioners claim to be in possession of schedule land in Survey No.475/1 & 2 situated at Abhyudaya Colony, Chinmayanagar, Anantapur Rural Mandal, Anantapur District. It is claimed that they are landless poor persons and have constructed small huts. Alleging that they are being dispossessed by the revenue authorities, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Petitioners have filed proceedings earlier initiated in PLC No.496 of 2013 before the District Legal Services Authority, Anantapur, wherein petitioners inter alia have filed documents including copy of the order of this court in W.P.No.33478 of 2013 dated 03.02.2014.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners in this writ petition are also similarly situated as the petitioners in the said writ petition.

5. In view of the request of the petitioners herein also being relating to same survey No.475/1 and 2, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the similar order and directions as in W.P.No.33478 of 2013.

6. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioners to appear before the District Collector, second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with their identity and proof of their being in occupation of the land in the above mentioned survey numbers. On adducing such proof by these petitioners, the second respondent shall consider their cases also for sanction of houses and allotment of house sites under indiramma Housing Scheme.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
