When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Labour that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.188 of 2015 and batch, dated 06.08.2015, and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Following the judgment of the Division Bench and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
