THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37025 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in response to the demand notice, dated 21.11.2017, petitioner herein submitted objections on 05.12.2017, but the second respondent is not considering the same.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such objections are pending consideration before the second respondent, appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to consider the objections, dated 05.12.2017, said to have been submitted by he petitioner herein, in response to the demand notice, dated 21.11.2017, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate

orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
