ORDER:

This writ petition pertains to fresh water tap connection provided to the petitioner. His grievance is that in spite of the report, dated 05.11.2014, submitted by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 for re-conversion of the category of the aforesaid tap connection from commercial to domestic, no action is being taken by the latter. Mr.T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Hyderabad Metro Water Services and Sewerage Board appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the Chief General Manager of the Board is the competent authority for considering the aforesaid report submitted by respondent No.3 and taking a decision on the re-conversion and that the said officer will accordingly consider the said report, issue notice to the petitioner and take a decision thereon. In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that the Chief General Manager shall complete the process referred to by the learned standing counsel within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.50119 of 2015 filed by the
