ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the stocks on the retailer indent dated 25.4.2012 submitted by the petitioner for release of stocks to his shop is not legal and the same is contrary to the provisions of the A.P.Excise Act and the rules and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the stocks on the retailer indent dated 25.4.2012 forthwith."
At the hearing, Sri A.Jagannatha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of writ petition, interim order, dated 27.04.2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.16391 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 15th JULY, 2015.
