This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.142 of 2013 on the file of the Keshavapatnam Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 409 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet was already filed in this case and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.
