THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.28130 of 2015 ORDER :

According to the petitioner, she claims to be owner and in possession of house bearing No.9-1-132/A, Girmajipet, Warangal. She claims to have acquired the said property by virtue of registered gift deed dated 23.08.2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that without notice to her and without following the due process her name is deleted from the municipal records and the name of 4th respondent is recorded. Aggrieved by such action, the petitioner claims to have submitted a representation on 27.06.2015 praying the Municipal Corporation to rectify the records and restore her name in the municipal records and receive the property tax from her concerning the same subject property.

2. Having regard to the fact that a complaint is filed by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the objections filed by the petitioner on 27.06.2015 regarding change of name in the municipal records with reference to the subject property, call for the objections from the 4th respondent, consider the rival claims and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the

same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
