HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10578 of 2015 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that the petitioner was already arrested and now he is in judicial custody, hence seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition.

2. In the circumstances, the question of granting pre-arrest bail does not arise and the permission as sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
