The Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy Writ Petition No.11438 of of 2011 Dated 03.06.2015 Between:

Smt.K.Saradamma ... Petitioner and Joint Collector and 2 others

...Respondents

Counsel for the petitioner: V.Sudhakar Reddy Counsel for the respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:

Order:

At the interlocutory stage, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Order, dated 08-04-2011, passed by respondent No.1, in Appeal No.Rc.E.228/2011, confirming Order, dated 07-02-2011, passed by respondent No.2 in Rc.No.B.68/2011.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned

Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as, at the time of filing of the Writ Petition, respondent No.1 himself was incharge of the office of the Collector, who is the revisional authority, his client has filed the present Writ Petition against the impugned orders, under which her fair price shop authorization was cancelled, and that thereafter, the petitioner has filed a revision petition before the regular District Collector, against the orders impugned in this Writ Petition, which was allowed. The learned Counsel has further submitted that in pursuance of the said order passed in the revision petition, the petitioner's fair price shop authoristion was restored and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 21-04-2011, is vacated and WPMP.Nos.14007 and 19280 of 2011, filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs, are disposed of as infructuous.
