HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36886 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in entering the name of the unofficial respondent in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.01 1⁄2 gts., in an extent of Ac.0.26 gts., in Sy.No.117/ D and Ac.0.15 1⁄2 gts., in Sy.No.76/ B situated at Elkaturti Village and Mandal, Warangal Urban District, despite decree passed in O.S.No.272 of 2005, dated 21.1.2012, which was confirmed in A.S.No.3 of 2013, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made an application on 05.02.2018 seeking deletion of the names of the un-official respondents, till date no orders are passed. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that if the said representation is pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation, at the earliest.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to deal with the representation dated 05.02.2018, in accordance with law, as early

as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
