HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 10388 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in not preventing the fifth respondent and his men in erecting the statue of late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy on the road portion of the Municipal road.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the first respondent, on the basis of oral instructions, submitted that the statue was not erected and the pedestal was also removed. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
