Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation made against the petitioner, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and on perusal of the copies of the medical report of the petitioner showing that she is in the advanced stage of pregnancy, the Police of Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused No.1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
