This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to dispose of C.C.No.1070 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

A perusal of the record reveals that the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are facing trial in C.C.No.1070 of 2015 on the file of the Court of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 509 and 506 IPC. The petitioner herein is the de facto complainant. The only request of the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court, i.e. XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.1070 of 2015 as early as possible.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
