The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by him under Section 89 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 before the 1st respondent against the orders in Rc.No.1769/82-3/2002, dated 22-07-2005 passed by the 2nd respondent is pending.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
