Heard the counsel for petitioners, and Sri P. Kesava Rao, counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2.

The petitioners have assailed proceedings dt.21.06.2016 issued by 1st respondent directing petitioners to remove advertising boards erected by them without permission of 1st respondent. 3.

The petitioners contend that they have made representations dt.22.06.2016 and 20.06.2016 respectively to the 1st respondent for grant of such permission.

Sri P. Kesava Rao, counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representations within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the said representations within a period of two

(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs. 6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
