This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.16 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District, against the petitioners/A.2 to A.5.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that after numbering the case as P.R.C, the case was committed to the Court of sessions and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
