ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd and 4th respondents in not taking any action against the 6th respondent, who is A2 in Cr.No.156 of 2016 on the file of I Town Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District, registered on the complaint given by petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed that the crime has already been investigated and the police filed charge sheet before the competent Court on 05.12.2016 and therefore, there is no need to pass any order in this writ petition.

Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
