THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7897 of 2011 ORDER:

The cause of action for filing the writ petition in the year 2011 was against the alleged interference in the alleged lawful activities of petitioner Society.

I have perused the material available on record and I am of the view that having regard to the allegations leading to filing of the writ petition and with the passage of time, the writ prayer need not be considered at this length of time. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner Society if has grievance against the interference of respondents, the petitioner is always having liberty to work out remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
