When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on written instructions from the Sub Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, that Cr.No.1192/2018 has been registered on 13.10.2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar Police Station, for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC and investigation has been taken up. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
