Since none appeared for the petitioner on 01.08.2019, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal.' On 29.08.2019 and 19.09.2019 also, none appeared for the petitioner despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter came up for hearing today only. Even today also, none appears for the petitioner though the matter is listed under the same caption.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and also for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
