THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.37714 of 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly state that though this writ petition was instituted by his client aggrieved by the order dated 05.12.2008 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.1043 of 2006, the later development was subjected to challenge in O.A.No.1738 of 2011, which was dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 05.06.2013. He would therefore state that the issue in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
