THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2276 of 2015 ORDER:
Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:
Having regard to the fact that Charge sheet is filed for the offences under Section 498-A, 406, 506, 417, 420 r/w 34 IPC and the case is numbered as C.C.No.20 of 2015, it is considered not fit to quash the proceedings at this stage. The petitioners, if advised, can file discharge applications putting forth all the defences available to them under law, in which case, the trail Court shall pass an appropriate order on merits expeditiously. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners, the appearance of Petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 7 in C.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.
