THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15198 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned Memo No.1877/SCD.Edn./2014, dt.08.04.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent purporting to inspect the colleges in the State of Telangana with the team of officers comprising the said committee and to quash the same.
This Court at the time of admission granted interim order dt.29.04.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.18852 of 2016 which reads as follows;
"The inspections proposed to be carried out by the State pursuant to the impugned memo dt.08.04.2016 shall be through the officials of the Education Department along with the Vigilance and Enforcement Department. However, the State shall ensure that police presence is kept to a bare minimum.
At this stage, learned Additional Advocate General fairly states that for each college, the inspection team would comprise one Sub-Inspector and Two Constables.
The inspections proposed shall be in relation to the records pertaining to the last academic year and for the coming academic year."
Though, this court passed interim order on 29.04.2016, till today no counter is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no further orders are required in this writ petition and the writ petition can be closed.
In view of the same, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court in case of any further grievance. No order as to costs.
