THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15716 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the action of the fifth respondent in estimating and providing old transformer to the petitioner's agricultural bore well, as illegal and arbitrary. No representation on behalf of the petitioner in the forenoon and afternoon of 17.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
