THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3586 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad, to pass orders on the Memo SR No.824 of 2014 in A.S.No.210 of 2007 filed by the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners herein filed A.S.No.210 of 2007 on the file of the XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad, challenging the judgment and decree in O.S.No.751 of 1997 on the file of the XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad. Pending appeal, the petitioners herein filed Memo SR No.824 of 2014 in A.S.No.210 of 2007. For one reason or other, the Appellate Court has not passed orders on the said memo.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of Memo SR No.824 of 2014 in A.S.No.210 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
