HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C.No.1873 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent placed proceedings No.MR204/80/95/Estt., dated 30-11-2015, issued by respondent-University, wherein the petitioners were promoted as Superintendents w.e.f. 23-10-2003 notionally in the pay scale of Rs.7770-18575.

In view of the same, the order of this Court as confirmed by the Apex Court is complied with by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners' pay was only notionally fixed in the said pay scale.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to agitate their rights. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
