This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.6.2014 in I.A.No.1494 of 2014 in O.S.No.26 of 2001 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the civil revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
