ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in taking steps to seize the petitioner society's water units situated at FCI Colony, Gopalapuram Village, Palivelupula Village, Rangasaipet, Gowcharla Road, Hanmakonda Mandal, Warangal District, without any notice, as arbitrary and illegal. While admitting the writ petition on 19.04.2011, this Court in WPMP No.133303 of 2011 directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner without following due process of law.

Even after lapse of five years, no counter-affidavit is filed. In view of the nature of relief sought in the present writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 19.04.2011 as final order. No costs.
