HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2681 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in taking custody of petitioner's car bearing No.AP 28 DR 1233 Chevrolet Cruze make on 23-01-2016 evening at 6.30pm Beside TRS Bhavan, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad without assigning any valid reasons and not releasing till today as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to release petitioner's car bearing No.AP 28 DR 1233 Chevrolet Cruze make forth with and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that since subject vehicle was involved in the crime, the same is produced before the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court in respect of his grievance. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
