ORDER:- Heard.

2. Aggrieved by the action of the Revenue Divisional Officer, third respondent, in not disposing of the appeal, dated 17.03.2015, preferred by the petitioner questioning the order passed by the Tahsildar, fourth respondent, in Ref.A.390/14 dated 26.06.2014, the present writ petition is filed.

3. It is apparent from the copy of the said appeal which is filed as Ex.P8 that the appeal is pending. If that be so, and if the third respondent has not yet heard and disposed of the appeal, he is directed to fix an early date in the appeal after notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent, and the affected parties, if any, hear them, and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
