HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36853 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not taking steps to rectify the records and to delete the names of unconcerned persons and to incorporation the name of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.00 gts., in Sy.No.352 to 381 situated at Gundlagudem Village, Alair Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, in spite of repeated representations dated 28.11.2017, 20.12.2017 and 16.02.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself states that proper course for the petitioner would be to file an appeal before the concerned authority.

3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under law.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
