ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondents have withdrawn the DPC, which was scheduled to be held on 11.10.2018 & 12.10.2018 and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same, at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law.

Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
