HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16841 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A2, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" imposed in the order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3557 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
