ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by him under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971 before the second respondent is not yet disposed of and remains pending with the second respondent.

2. The instructions received by the learned Government Pleader state that the revision is taken on file and numbered as RP.No.14/2013 and was already posted for hearing on 19.09.2015 and adjourned to 26.09.2015 and that the revision will be disposed of expeditiously.

3. In view of that, therefore, the second respondent is directed to hear all the parties and decide the revision expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
