Learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter dated 27.07.2015 before the Registry stating that he was instructed by the appellant to withdraw the appeal. In view of the said letter, the appeal is listed today under the caption "For Withdrawal".

In view of the contents of the letter filed before the Registry, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this appeal shall also stand dismissed.
