This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed in W.P.M.P.No.40454 of 2017 in W.P.No.32519 of 2017 on 05.10.2017, wherein this Court passed the following order: " Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the grievance in the Writ Petition is already before the competent authority by way of representation submitted by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2017 before making further promotions and take action, in accordance with rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

A counter affidavit is filed stating that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and orders are passed on 01.03.2019. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no reply affidavit is filed disputing the contents in the counter affidavit.
