THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2582 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The order, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, is the order in PIL.No.257 of 2014 dated 14.03.2016 recording the undertaking of the respondents. The undertaking required the vegetable market not to be shifted from Devarakota, Nirmal Town, Adilabad District to Gandhi Park. An affidavit is now filed by the Commissioner, Nirmal Municipality that the Municipality has no intention of shifting the vegetable market to Gandhi Park.

Sri A.M.Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are not being permitted to use the Park. Any grievance in this regard can only be examined in independent legal, proceedings and is beyond the scope of the present contempt case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
