Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Srinivas Rao Putluri, submitted that the cause title is not properly drafted and that relevant material papers have not been filed and, as such, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition. Therefore, he seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
