THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44084 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that (a) the Memo No.2650/F1/2016-1, dated:3-10-2016 of the 1st respondent is illegal and arbitrary. b) declare that Petitioner is entitled to the transfer from Zone-V to Zone-V1 on Spouse Grounds and in terms of G.O.Ms.No.182, dated:21-5-2016. c) action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.182, dated:21-5-2016 is illegal and arbitrary. d) and pass such order or orders which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate Court for the relief sought for.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
