Heard.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.4-11 cents in Sy.No.203 situated at Devarampadu Village, Rajupalem Mandal, Guntur District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that some of the villagers are laying pipeline by digging government road and the same was brought to the notice of the 6th respondent and thereafter, the work was stopped for sometime but the petitioner apprehends that his land would also be used for the purpose of laying pipeline. Hence, he made representations to respondents 2 and 4 on 07-07-2015 requesting to take appropriate action. Alleging that no action is taken on the said representations, the present writ petition is filed. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to direct respondents 2 and 4 to look the petitioner's representations, examine the same and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
