HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10808 of 2018 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Special Sessions Judge for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, vide Spl.S.C.No.142 of 2019. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
