ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings in D.Dis.No.D1,2137/2015, dated 12.08.2015, of respondent No.3 and the action of taking possession of the petitioner's factory on 05.01.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his client to make a representation to respondent Nos.1 and 2, bringing to their notice the changed circumstances and requesting for their indulgence.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.28830 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
