Heard both sides. Perused the record.
in the circumstances narrated, the condition imposed with regard to the attendance before the Station House Officer concerned is modified as follou's:- The petitioners/A.3 to A.5 shall attend before the Station House Officer concerned once in a month, i.e., on every fourth Saturday between 9.00 A.M. and 10.00 A.M. till filing of the charge sheet. Other conditions imposed in the said order remain unaltered.
The application is allowed, accordingly.
