THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36946 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted representations on 26.10.2015 and 10.08.2018 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the representations, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representations, dated 26.10.2015 and 10.08.2018, said to have

been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
