THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1030 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Crime No. 10 of 2015 of Jaggaiahpet Police Station, Krishna District, filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with the above crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 r/w Section 34 IPC.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.10 of 2015, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the bail application on the same day of its filing.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the appropriate Court and move an application for bail after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor in which event the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
