HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38429 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking on record the Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting and the annual Statements of Members of the Managing Committee of the petitioner society for the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.

The petitioner, as per Section 9 of the A.P.Societies Registration Act, 1860, has been filing the list of members of the Managing Committee and the Minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting before the 2nd respondent for the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 on 25.04.2016 and 11.07.2018. Subsequently, she applied to the 2nd respondent on 25.07.2018 for supply of Annual Statements submitted before the 2nd respondent. But, the 2nd respondent furnished the copies of resolutions upto the year 2015-2016 only. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in taking on record the annual statement of members of the Managing Committee of the petitioner society for the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, present writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent directed to take action on the representation of the petitioner society dated 25.07.2018, in accordance with Section 9 of the Societies Registration Act.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 25.10.2018 t k.
