The letter, dated 20.08.2018, which is impugned in the Writ Petition, is an internal correspondence between the Nodal Officer, Nizamabad, and the District Collector, Jagtial, whereunder proposal was made for cancellation of allotment of house site plot granted in favour of father of the petitioner on 27.10.2015. As it is only an internal correspondence and no adverse decision is communicated to the petitioner, the same cannot give rise to cause of action to institute the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as premature. However, as and when cause of action arises, it is always open to the petitioner to work out the remedies as available in law.
