HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36882 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the updated title book-cum-pattadar passbook and not paying the Raithu Bandhu Scheme amount of Rs.4,000/ - per acre to the agricultural lands of the petitioner ie. land admeasuring Ac.1.19 gts., in Sy.No.571, Ac.2.00 in Sy.No.572, Ac.1.39 gts., in Sy.No.573, Ac.2.16 gts., in Sy.No.574, Ac.0.39 gts., in Sy.No.580/ A and Ac.1.31 gts., in Sy.No.642/ A1 situated at Suraram Village, Elkathurthy Mandal, Warangal District, even though petitioner submitted representation on 25.07.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though an application was made on 25.07.2018, till date the same is not considered.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to

consider the representation dated 25.07.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
